• Pundi AI has not issued or listed any “Points Token” on any platform. Please remain vigilant and protect yourself from fraudulent activities, including phishing websites and fake token offerings.

• Points must be claimed before the countdown expires or they will reset to zero. Once claimed, Points are valid for 14 days on a rolling basis. Each day’s claimed Points will expire 14 days after the claim date if unused.

• Points are non-transferable and have no cash value.

• Pundi AI reserves the right to update or modify point calculations, reward rules, and eligibility criteria at any time without prior notice.

• ⁠All decisions related to Points, rewards, and user eligibility are final. No further appeals, adjustments, or exceptions will be entertained.
